Managing and documenting an employee’s performance is an essential function of a supervisor’s role. This ongoing process begins as soon as a supervisor or manager has started working with the employee to establish goals. Mid-level leaders bridge the gap between management staff and senior leadership. These individuals must manage up and down, think strategically, and solve problems across departmental or divisional lines. This six-week comprehensive series includes assessments and one-on-one coaching that will enhance participants’ knowledge and experience and provide feedback for each stage of the journey.
