Description
Throughout this Conflict Management training, participants gain tools to manage conflict more positively. They also learn how to identify conflict styles in themselves and in their employees.
Participants receive access to conflict management training videos, a participant guide to follow along with, and additional resources to promote continued education after the training.
Objectives
Key learning points that will be discussed in this course include the following:
- Minimize conflict by encouraging diversity, positive coworker relations, and open communication
- Investigate and document the conflict and when appropriate, use positive discipline
- Identify when you need to seek outside assistance from HR, counselors, or other intervention
